I would like to share an easy way to transfer photos from iPod touch to Macbook, and hope this can help you. I had an iPod before and one day I want to move some pictures to my computer, then I search on Google to find some solutions. So I found a software and download it, I connect my iPod to PC after setting up the program. Then I click "Photos"on the left column and preview images. Finally, I click "Export to" – "Export to PC". And it is done! I think this operating process would be similar to yours. You may take a try.
